DD Series

The DD Series features a direct-coupled drive system, eliminating the need for belt and pulley mechanisms. This design minimizes transmission losses, resulting in higher efficiency, improved stability, and reduced energy consumption.

With operating pressure ranges of 8–10 bar and power options from 5.5 to 250 kW, the DD Series provides a scalable solution for facilities requiring continuous and reliable production.

With direct drive (RPM) motor design, power is transmitted directly to the airend without intermediate components.

This reduces noise and vibration levels significantly. Combined with a compact layout and vibration-damping structure, the DD Series ensures a quieter and more comfortable working environment while improving acoustic conditions within the facility.

With the motor and airend directly coupled, mechanical load on bearings is reduced.
This results in longer component life, improved reliability, and more predictable maintenance cycles.

The rigid chassis and vibration isolation elements ensure stable operation, while the wide capacity range (9,7–42,0 m³/min) allows flexibility for various industrial applications.
