Our production process begins with the precise preparation of compressor cabinets, chassis, and air receiver tanks. Using advanced laser cutting machines and CNC press brake systems, all sheet metal components are cut and formed with high accuracy and consistency, meeting exact design specifications.



Cut and formed components are processed through advanced welding operations to create strong and durable structural bodies. Using MIG/MAG and TIG welding techniques, all parts are securely joined to ensure long-lasting performance. Our robotic welding systems enable high repeatability and consistent weld quality, supporting reliable and standardized production.

Following welding operations, all components undergo surface preparation and are coated with electrostatic powder coating to ensure protection against external factors. With this advanced coating technology, all metal surfaces are protected against corrosion and environmental effects, delivering a durable, uniform, and high-quality finish. Our environmentally friendly coating process enhances both surface quality and long-term durability.



Critical compressor components are manufactured with high precision in our conventional and multi-axis CNC machining centers. Our advanced production infrastructure ensures accurate processing of parts that directly impact performance and reliability.

Machined components are assembled in our airend production department to form the core unit of the compressor. Each airend is built with precision to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and long-term reliability.

Electrical panels and control systems are assembled by our expert teams to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operation of the entire system. Our integrated solutions enable smart control, monitoring, and optimized performance across all operating conditions.
