TAMSAN Air Receivers are manufactured using certified P265GH steel sheets with 5–6 mm thickness, ensuring the safe storage of compressed air produced by the compressor. They help maintain system balance by stabilizing pressure and reducing sudden pressure fluctuations.
During storage, the compressor operates less frequently, resulting in energy savings. The airflow inside the tank slows down, allowing moisture and particles in the compressed air to separate more effectively.
The tanks are produced with quality-controlled welding processes (WPS/PQR procedures) using certified materials.
During production, non-destructive testing, hydrostatic pressure testing at 1.43 times the operating pressure, and TÜV NORD Module B certification ensure maximum reliability.
All tanks are equipped with CE certification as standard. Optional features include inlet/outlet flanges, automatic drain system, digital pressure gauge, rubber vibration dampers, galvanized coating, and stainless steel manufacturing options.
