Carbolescers

TAMSAN Carbolescer Series is designed as a high-efficiency final stage filtration solution for removing oil aerosols, oil vapor, and fine particles from compressed air systems.

Compressed air entering the unit first passes through a coalescing pre-filtration stage, where oil aerosols are separated down to 0.01 micron. The separated liquid oil is collected and discharged via an automatic drain system. The air then flows through an activated carbon adsorption stage, where oil vapor is effectively removed, reducing residual oil content to levels as low as 0.003 ppm. In the final stage, a particle filtration layer retains carbon dust and remaining contaminants, ensuring high-purity compressed air.

This multi-stage filtration design makes the Carbolescer Series ideal for critical applications such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, and instrumentation, where ultra-clean air quality is essential. Additionally, the system provides low pressure drop, long service life, and easy filter element replacement, along with user-friendly features such as an oil level indicator.
