TAMSAN Heatless Desiccant Air Dryers are designed for critical applications, removing moisture from compressed air using desiccant drying material to deliver extremely dry and stable air. Operating without the need for external heating, the system utilizes a twin-tower design, where one tower dries the air while the other regenerates—ensuring continuous drying performance.
The system typically achieves a pressure dew point of -40°C (optional -70°C), helping to minimize moisture-related issues such as corrosion and operational failures. To protect the desiccant material and maintain clean airflow, the system can be configured with inlet and outlet line filters, while optional dew point monitoring and control systems enhance process safety. With features such as up to 16 bar operating pressure and a user-friendly control panel, the system offers a reliable and easy-to-manage solution for industrial applications.
