TAMSAN Dual Servo Series is developed for industrial facilities with high compressed air demand, offering 160, 200, and 250 kW motor options. Its two-stage airend delivers up to 10% more energy savings compared to single stage alternatives. By compressing air in two steps with intercooling, the system achieves higher efficiency and superior performance. The two-stage design also reduces mechanical stress on components, supporting longer service life.
Unlike other two-stage compressors on the market, the Dual Servo Series controls its two-stage airend with a dual motor + dual inverter configuration. Thanks to a dedicated motor–inverter design for each stage, it precisely matches output to demand, delivering maximum energy savings and consistent performance.
The IPM motors used in Dual Servo are gearless and bearingless, minimizing power transmission losses and keeping maintenance requirements to a minimum. In addition, Tamsan Dual Servo compressors provide reliable operation even in harsh conditions with a radial fan cooling system.
